A drop-down menu will appear.

Now, select the Page Size you want from the drop-down menu. Here, I selected A5.

4. Adding Custom Paper Size

In this method, I will explain how you can add a custom Paper Size.

Let’s see the steps.

Steps:

Firstly, search for Printers & scanners in your Windows Search. Secondly, select Printers & scanners.

Now, your Printers & scanners settings will open.

After that, select your printer. Here, I selected my printer which is HP LaserJet Pro M12w.

Next, select Manage.

After that, select Printing preferences.

Now, you will get a dialog box.

Next, select Custom to make a custom size.

Custom Paper Size dialog box will appear.

Firstly, write the Name for your custom size. Secondly, select the Width. Thirdly, select the Height. Finally, select Save.

Firstly, select the File tab.

Secondly, select Print.

Thirdly, select the Printer where you set your custom size.

After that, select the drop-down option for Page Size.

Now, a drop-down menu will appear.

Next, select the custom Page Size you want. Here, I selected new size (which I created earlier).

Here, in the Print Preview, you can see how the page will look on the selected Page Size after printing.
